Upcoming Principal Planning Meeting and Future Direction of Education Planning Session

As mentioned last term, our Principal Planning Meeting is quickly approaching. It is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m at the Awapuni Racecourse.

It is important that your school has a voice in the future direction of the Kāhui Ako. Our PLD contract with Tai Huki ends in August, and as you are aware, future PLD opportunities have changed significantly.

If you are attending, you are welcome to bring another member of your team. Alternatively, if you can't attend, please feel free to send someone else on your behalf.  Our ASLs will be in attendance as well.  

Dr. Phil Ramsay, Senior Lecturer from the Massey University School of Management will facilitate the meeting. Morning tea will be served at 10:30 a.m. For catering purposes, please complete the invite with the number of attendees by Monday, August 5, 2024.

If you invite someone else from your school, please forward this email to them and have them click "Yes" on the invite so we know exactly how many people are attending.

Please also note that the meeting already scheduled for Wednesday, August 28, at PNBHS College House will go ahead as planned. Amohia Rolls will present on "The Future Direction of Education: Responding to a Climate of Change." This will be our last Principal PLD session with Tai Huki.
