We would like to visit your site to complete the audit for next phase of Ngā Iti Kahurangi for the Ministry.
You will have received correspondence from the Ministry advising of the extension to the program.
This is a follow on from the previous 2 upgrades for the Lighting, RCD, Acoustics & Carpet improvements.
The visit would involve accessing all areas of the school buildings to assess:
Roofing, Gutter & Downpipes
External Cladding & Accessibility (Safety)
Windows (Mechanical) Doors & Accessibility
Heating
Carpet & Vinyl (non-teaching spaces)
We estimate this to take 4 hours.
Date: Wednesday 16/09/2026 12.30 – 4.30pm
We will have our high Viz on & Police Vetting card.
No need for anyone to be with us unless you require this.
Please confirm this is acceptable by accepting the appointment.
We will be assessing your heating in the school so could we ask if you can find out the approx age of any Heat Pumps in your school & have this information available for the team.
Part of our project (Ministry Request) is to review the schools power usage & how much the site draws from the local network.
To assist with the above, I have also attached a form we would request you sign & provide PDF copies of your last power accounts.
