Please find below a link to the online preinstall meeting where we will cover the attached Meeting/Agenda checklist and the Carpet Design (SOW)Scope of Works.
I have already prefilled in some of the Information in preparation for this meeting we will cover it all in more detail Thursday 27/3/2025.
For our contractors we ask that the school provide a Fire Evacuation Plan, the school OSH Policy, and Hazards Register. All Documents have been loaded to Contractor’s folder from school docs. •
Tania attached is the Classroom preparation I mention in our phone call.

Classroom Preparation
School responsibilities to be completed prior to contractors arriving on site:
* All artwork located near floor is to be removed from the space.
* All electronics in room(s) to be removed from the space.
* All animal enclosures to be removed from the space, e.g., Fish Tanks, Etc
* All loose and personal items to be removed the space (Teacher personal resources around their desks)

The Carpet has been ordered and delivered to our Contractor Rex from QHL for Install on Monday 7th April 2025 it will take approximately 1 Week to complete.
